Privacy Notice — Click AI in ChatGPT

WinGram App LLC · Last updated: October 1, 2026 · Draft pending owner approval

Scope and operator

This notice describes Click AI’s integration with ChatGPT, operated by WinGram App LLC. It does not replace the privacy disclosures for Click AI’s mobile apps. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@clickai.app.

Information we receive

When you invoke a Click AI tool in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends our service the text and task-specific context selected for that tool call. This may include messages, drafts, language or dialect preferences, and relationship or profile context. Submitted text may contain personal information about you or others. Current tool inputs can also include country, city and age-range context.

Click AI does not independently access your inbox, send messages or retrieve your full ChatGPT conversation. However, ChatGPT may select relevant content from your conversation for a tool call; the information received is not necessarily limited to text you literally paste.

Submit only information needed for the task. Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication codes, payment-card information, government identifiers or protected health information.

How we use information

We use submitted content to analyze wording, suggest replies, evaluate drafts or translate with language and cultural context. Our backend sends the information required for the task to OpenAI and returns the result to ChatGPT.

Network information and technical diagnostics are also processed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Usage records

If ChatGPT supplies a valid opaque user identifier, we store that identifier with a monthly usage count and creation/update timestamps in Supabase. This identifier is pseudonymous: it can link usage over time and should not be described as completely anonymous.

The ChatGPT usage table does not store your messages or generated replies.

Service providers

The integration uses Cloudflare-hosted backend infrastructure, OpenAI for AI processing, and Supabase for the usage ledger. ChatGPT separately processes and retains conversations and tool results under its own policies and settings.

Retention

Click AI’s OpenAI API project uses Standard Retention. Standard abuse-monitoring logs may include prompts, responses and related information for up to 30 days, with longer legal or harm-prevention exceptions. Prompt caching and other provider processing may have separate retention behavior. We do not promise immediate deletion or Zero Data Retention.

A daily cleanup is configured to delete ChatGPT usage-table records after more than 90 days without an accepted metered request. Deletion ordinarily occurs during the next daily cleanup cycle and depends on successful scheduler operation. Backup and operational-log retention are separate.

ChatGPT’s retention of conversations and tool results is separate from Click AI’s usage ledger. Disconnecting Click AI does not automatically delete the ledger.

We do not currently promise a fixed seven-day retention period for operational logs or backups.

Privacy requests

Contact hello@clickai.app with privacy questions or requests. Do not email passwords, API keys, complete conversations or identity documents.

Click AI does not receive your email address through the current ChatGPT integration. Usage records are associated with an opaque host identifier, so an email address alone may not identify a corresponding record.

Audience

Keep this section in draft pending safety/legal review: The planned ChatGPT experience is a general-audience language assistant and is not directed at children under 13. Users must meet ChatGPT’s minimum-age requirements and applicable local requirements, including parent or guardian permission where required. This separate scope does not change the mobile apps’ 18+ restriction.

Do not claim that the integration is already verified as suitable for minors or that automated safety protections are implemented.
