This policy explains how Click AI handles information for the Click AI iOS app and website. It is intended to be reviewed and edited before publication.

Information users provide may include messages submitted for analysis, chat screenshots and extracted text, partner profiles such as name, language, city, and relationship stage, user profile information, conversation history, reply scores, account and authentication information, subscription status, usage-limit and referral information, and basic analytics such as platform, app version, and usage events.

Messages and screenshots are used to provide requested analysis, translation, reply suggestions, tone guidance, and text extraction. AI processing may involve third-party services. Click AI also uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, data storage, subscriptions, and app distribution.

Signed-in users may sync data through cloud storage. Users who are not signed in may have local data stored on their device. Data storage and retention should be confirmed by WinGram App LLC before publication and kept editable here.

Users can delete individual conversations or account data from the app settings where supported. Users may also contact hello@clickai.app for privacy requests. Notification preferences can be managed in the app or device settings.

Click AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The service is not directed to children. This policy may change over time, and the updated date should be revised when changes are made.
