Overview
Click AI is operated by WinGram App LLC. This policy explains how Click AI processes information for the mobile apps and related app services. It does not replace the separate draft notices for any ChatGPT integration. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@clickai.app.

Mobile app scope
The native iOS app currently has no Click AI account sign-in. Other app builds or versions, including Expo-based builds, may include Google or Apple sign-in and Supabase synchronization. Where sign-in or synchronization is available, account identifiers, authentication information, profile settings, usage records, referral records and synchronized app data may be processed to provide those features. The mobile apps remain intended for adults aged 18 and over.

What we collect
Mobile app data may include conversations or message text you submit, generated replies, translations, scores, profiles, language or dialect preferences, city or country context, relationship context, screenshots submitted for text extraction, usage counts, referral information, subscription or entitlement status, device and app diagnostics, and analytics events. Some information may be stored locally on your device. Some information may be processed by Click AI’s backend, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, app-store billing providers, synchronization providers or AI providers depending on the app version and feature used.

How AI processing works
The app may ask for permission before sending content for AI processing. Click AI sends the content and context needed for your requested AI feature to OpenAI through our backend service. Click AI’s OpenAI API project uses Standard Retention, not Zero Data Retention. Under OpenAI’s standard API policies, abuse-monitoring logs may include prompts, responses and related information and may be retained for up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect OpenAI’s services or third parties from harm. Certain processing features, including prompt caching, may have separate retention behavior. We therefore do not promise immediate deletion of submitted content after a response. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in. This default policy is not a substitute for verification of Click AI’s actual data-sharing settings.

Third-party services
We use OpenAI for AI processing and Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure for backend routing and service operation. We use RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management, and purchases are billed by Apple or Google through your store account. App versions that include sign-in, synchronization, usage ledgers or referral systems may use Supabase to store account, usage, referral and synchronized app records. The mobile code also includes PostHog analytics, which may process product analytics and diagnostic events to understand feature usage, improve the app and troubleshoot issues. Each provider processes information under its own terms and policies.

Local data, server records and retention
Some app information may be stored locally on your device. Deleting local app data, resetting the app or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete records held by Click AI’s backend, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, synchronization providers, app-store billing providers or AI providers. Different categories of information may have different retention and deletion procedures. We do not currently make a fixed seven-day deletion commitment for operational records, analytics records, server records, backups or provider records.

Operational records and logs
Our service and infrastructure providers process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, status information, network information and diagnostic events. Operational records and backups are separate from local app data and AI-provider records. We do not claim that all logs are content-free or that historical logs have been purged.

Your choices and requests
You can use in-app controls to delete local app data where those controls are available. For privacy questions or requests involving Click AI, contact hello@clickai.app. Please do not email passwords, API keys, complete conversations or identity documents.

Referral system
When you share your referral code and someone joins with it, the system may track referral codes and referral history to credit bonus replies or related benefits.

Children’s privacy
The mobile apps are intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 through the mobile apps. If you believe a minor has provided us with data through the mobile apps, contact us at hello@clickai.app.
